MORE PLACES TO SEE IN DUBAI

The stunning night views and vibrant night life comes alive at the Last Exit. A food-truck themed concept, it is filled with various food trucks serving burgers, pizza, coffee among others to serve your midnight cravings. Extremely popular in the weekends, it is inviting with its large open spaces and variety of food on offer.

Another amazing sight to witness is the gazelles and oryx at Al Qudra desert. Part of Al Marmoom Conservation Reserve, the desert stroll means spotting the Arabian Oryx and sprinty gazelles at night and other native birds. Even though the Conservatory is barricated, you can find small gazelles and oryx by the roadside. If the vehicle makes any noise, they run away.

Dubai’s beaches add to its glory and one of the busy beaches include La Mer Beach. Visitors are seen relaxing on the beach side in tents. The spot is not only good for relaxation but even watching the sunset. There are several themed restaurants and shops around the beach for shoppers. The shopping complex is illuminated during the night. It has a play area of kids.

The recent addition to Dubai’s tourist map includes Blue Waters with the latest attraction being Ain Dubai and Madame Tussauds. Blue Waters is an artificial island built across from Dubai Marina and hosts various lifestyle avenues. It is now home to the world’s largest and tallest observation wheel – Ain Dubai. The illumination at night in this area is a treat to watch.

This is located in the heart of Dubai with stunning view of the shoreline. A popular neighbourhood with a bustling mall, eateries and walkway along the lake. The view of the city during the night is awesome.

Umm Al Qwain is around 50 minutes drive from Dubai. Known for its scenic sea view, the popular restaurants include Das Brauhaus, Backwaters and Barako Grill all of which offer exciting culinary delights with several meat options. Having a relaxed meal by the sea-side is a recommended experience.

This beach is flooded with tourists and visitors who find it quite safe to use the beach. You can see the Ain Dubai clearly from this beach. Large cruise ships can also be seen from the beach. Lovely place to sunbathe and relax. One very interesting thing is a rotating balloon restaurant called Sky Dubai which takes off from the ground and takes you to a higher level to enjoy your meal in the sky with a view.

The most popular beach, at the time we visited in November 2021 it had planted 1000 flags of UAE in preparation for its 50th National Day celebrations. The flags were placed in a circular angle and presented a beautiful view. You can carry your own chairs and relax on this beach in the evenings. It is also permitted to get into the water. The beach is visited by a lot of tourists.
